About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead Product Manager to spearhead product strategy and execution for their cutting-edge digital platform. Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and market research to development, launch, and iteration.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Prioritize product features and backlog based on user feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions, effectively communicating product strategy to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Strong experience in defining product strategy, roadmapping, and prioritization using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of market research, user research, and competitive analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment is highly desirable.
