Lead Production Shift Manager – Fast-Paced Food Plant

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Greater Manchester / Lancashire. You will own the shift, leading the team to deliver the production plan while maintaining safety, quality, service, cost and performance.

During peak periods you will drive improvements, raise standards and coach team members, working closely with Engineering to sustain momentum across the site.
