Outsource Construction in Southampton is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-value heat pump and decarbonisation projects, delivering £1m–£4m works with a hybrid on-site arrangement. The role covers air source and ground source heat pumps, with responsibilities spanning programme, budget and client liaison.
