About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives for their operations based out of Manchester . This senior role involves leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex digital projects that enhance business processes and customer experience. You will be responsible for strategic roadmap development, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, planning, and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, employing agile and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure the successful integration of new digital solutions.
• Develop and present project status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation and IT projects.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-faceted digital initiatives in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with change management principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
