Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in project management , with a strong focus on digital transformation or technology implementation.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale projects in a remote-first setting.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
