About the Role
Our client is looking for a results-oriented Lead Project Manager to spearhead critical projects for their operations in Coventry, West Midlands . Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints in Coventry .
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop robust project documentation, including charters, plans, risk registers, and status reports.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management , with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent is essential.
