About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical projects, from initiation through to successful closure.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes and best practices across the organization.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of project managers and project coordinators.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication at all levels.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in project management, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
• Strong understanding and practical application of various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop project teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with significant budgets and timelines.
