Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for a portfolio of initiatives, from initiation to closure.
• Establish and enforce project management best practices, templates, and standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Project Management leadership role, preferably with a focus on remote operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with significant budgets and timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of various project management frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience using project management software and collaboration tools for distributed teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
