About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of major projects, ensuring they meet strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Conduct project portfolio reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and ensure resource optimization.
• Drive innovation in project management approaches and methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated success in managing diverse project portfolios and leading project teams.
• Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in implementing and refining project management office (PMO) functions.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
