Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and performance.
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of high-priority, complex programmes and projects .
- Develop and implement standardised project management methodologies and best practices across the organisation.
- Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness in a distributed setting .
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management , with significant leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex, and strategic projects or programmes.
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and enterprise-level project portfolio management.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels.
