Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery from inception to completion.
• Develop robust project plans, define project scope, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively for the Coventry office.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management across the organization, mentoring and guiding project teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager , with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects across different industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and their practical application.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills, particularly within the West Midlands context.
• Advanced proficiency with project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
