About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of major projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies to final implementation and review.
• Develop and refine project management frameworks and best practices across the organization.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers and project coordinators, providing guidance and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and key clients.
• Ensure rigorous risk management and quality assurance processes are embedded within all project activities.
• Report on project portfolio performance to executive leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in a Project Management leadership role, with a proven history of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial project budgets.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being highly advantageous.
