Lead Quantity Surveyor – MEP & Design-Build

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Commercial Manager to lead the financial performance of design and build Fabric and MEP projects within telecoms frameworks across the UK. You will review estimates, secure favourable pricing, and monitor labor and subcontract costs to protect margins.

Applicants should have a strong background in construction contracting, advanced Excel, and excellent communication skills. Travel across the UK is expected, with no fixed remote work arrangement.
