Lead, R&D Digital Products & Platform Strategy

Syngenta is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the R&D Activity POD within CP R&D IT. You will lead a portfolio of digital products that enable R&D data capture, lab and field workflows, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across environments.

You will shape the POD vision, manage a cross-functional team, drive OKRs/KPIs, and collaborate with IT, data, security, and compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes.
