Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants focused on Finance & Accounting roles.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and expansion of client portfolios.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring quality and efficiency for all placements.
