Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technology recruitment consultants, setting performance standards and fostering development.
• Manage key client relationships within the technology sector, understanding their specific hiring needs and market challenges.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract niche and in-demand tech professionals.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the firm's footprint in the Milton Keynes technology recruitment market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technology Recruitment , with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Proven ability to build and manage a successful recruitment desk, demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
• Expertise in sourcing and engaging with candidates for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
