Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, setting performance standards and providing guidance.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for key client accounts, ensuring successful placements and client retention.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies tailored to the Cardiff and wider Welsh market.
- Actively participate in business development, identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing client partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment consultancy, with demonstrable experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of the Welsh job market and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
