Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts.

• Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a proven history of success.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and talent attraction strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the Norwich and East Anglia employment landscape.
