Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, providing coaching, performance management, and support.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse client requirements, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and secure new recruitment contracts within the Leeds area.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and market penetration plans.
• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Monitor team performance metrics and report on progress against targets to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with demonstrable success in both candidate sourcing and client management.
• Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role, with strong mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends in the UK.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
