Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand their staffing needs.
• Implement and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruitment, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior specialist role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a recruitment team and deliver against challenging targets.
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable advising senior leadership.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
