About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Lead Security Architect to design and oversee the implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient systems. Working remotely, you will be responsible for defining the security architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall security architecture for the organization, encompassing networks, applications, and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce security design principles, standards, and patterns across all technology projects.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide security guidance to development and infrastructure teams.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of security technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, including diagrams, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a security architecture role.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and threat modeling methodologies.
• Extensive experience with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices security.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex, high-availability security solutions.
