Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level security solutions and architectures.
• Oversee the deployment and management of security technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security controls.
• Develop and mature security engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of security engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct incident response activities, including forensics and root cause analysis, for complex security events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their application.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation of security tasks.
• Expertise in network security, cryptography, authentication, and authorization protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
