Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical security solutions .
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and SIEM platforms.
- Develop and automate security processes and tooling to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct security reviews of systems and applications, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinating remediation efforts.
- Mentor and guide junior security engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security engineering role, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security principles.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
- Experience with SIEM and EDR solutions , and vulnerability management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
