Lead Senior Carer – Residential Care Home

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to join our Fareham care home. In this role, you’ll lead a team and oversee the delivery of person-centred care to our residents. You will be involved in training staff, administering medication, and maintaining care plans.
