Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor - Utilities & Infrastructure

Smart 4 EPC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and cost management on a major London infrastructure project. You will own commercial strategy, lead a QS team, and manage costs across utilities, civils, and MEP scopes in a multi-billion-pound programme.

The role requires chartered status or equivalent with extensive post-qualification infrastructure experience, with strong Excel and cost-modelling capabilities. London-based, permanent, full-time.
