Lead Site Manager – Refurbishment & Public Sector Projects

Axis CLC is recruiting a proactive Site Manager to lead refurbishment and renewal projects across regional housing and public-sector sites. You’ll oversee safety, quality, programme and client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors on live sites to deliver on time and to budget.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of building fabric, refurbishment sequencing, and a proven track record in managing multi-trade teams in similar environments.
