Lead Site Manager - Traditional Housing Development

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Traditional Build Site Manager for a 115-unit residential development in Blackburn. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site management, ensuring safety, quality, and progress in line with the programme.

You will coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and plant across multiple plots from foundations to handover, maintaining strict standards and clear documentation to deliver a high-quality finish on time.
