Lead SOC Architect

I’m working with a leading Defence technology organisation looking for a Lead SOC Architect to design and deliver complex Security Operations Centre solutions.

This is a senior architecture role covering the full SOC landscape — from people, process and service design through to technology and physical infrastructure.

The role will involve:

• Architecting SOC solutions from concept through to deployment
• Designing SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management capabilities
• Developing SOC operating models, CONOPS and security architectures
• Working with senior client stakeholders to define security requirements
• Assessing existing SOC environments and driving improvements in maturity
• Designing scalable, resilient and secure on-premise and cloud architectures
• Working across complex Defence environments and emerging security challenges

They’re looking for strong SOC / Security Architects with experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale security operations environments.

SC clearance is essential, with DV highly desirable.

Guildford or Frimley with hybrid working.

Up to £100,000.
