About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall software architecture, including system design, technology selection, and integration strategies.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of architectural excellence.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the existing architecture and improve development processes.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of all software solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a significant portion spent in software architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, SOA).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
