Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Developer specializing in .NET technologies to join their established team in Coventry . Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable enterprise-level applications using the .NET framework and associated technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software development , with a significant focus on the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC).
- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a development team.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
