Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and technical roadmaps.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with software architecture , design patterns, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines .
