Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems and applications.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code through rigorous code reviews and testing methodologies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a software development leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, with expertise in backend technologies and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python , Java , or Node.js .
- Deep understanding of database design, SQL and NoSQL databases , and distributed systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, crucial for a remote-first setting.
