Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models, algorithms, and pipelines for various applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence in AI/ML.

Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong specialization in AI/ML development.
- Proven expertise in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science principles.
