Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in the full lifecycle development of .NET Core applications .
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members to foster their growth.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and development methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer , with a significant focus on .NET Core and C#.
• Proven track record in a lead or senior development role, including experience mentoring other engineers.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
