Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go) and associated frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, essential for leading a remote team effectively.
