Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Oversee the architectural design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Drive the adoption of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical plans.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested software on time and within budget.
Actively participate in coding, problem-solving, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

Significant experience as a Software Engineer, with proven experience in a technical leadership role.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures.
Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for an on-site team.
