Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product management to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Champion best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the codebase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as Java , Python , JavaScript , and associated ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, and cloud technologies (AWS , Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker ), and orchestration (Kubernetes ).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
