Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Champion best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the codebase.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as Java , Python , JavaScript , and associated ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, and cloud technologies (AWS , Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker ), and orchestration (Kubernetes ).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
