Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Architect and design scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems and applications.
- Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Oversee the implementation of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
