Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a Software Engineer , with proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Expertise in at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and associated frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and database technologies.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
