Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure software solutions.
