Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Oversee the technical direction of projects, making critical architectural decisions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/React/Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
