Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/React/Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
