About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Lead Solidity Engineer to spearhead the development of their next-generation decentralized finance (DeFi) platform. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated smart contracts using Solidity for various blockchain protocols.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of secure and efficient DeFi protocols and financial instruments.
- Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement best practices to ensure the integrity of smart contracts.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate complex requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the company's blockchain initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with a significant focus on blockchain and smart contract development .
- Deep expertise in Solidity programming language and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) intricacies.
- Proven track record of architecting and deploying large-scale DeFi applications.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, security vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with leading engineering teams and managing project lifecycles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
