Lead Sous Chef — Beachfront Kitchen, Career Growth

Urban Reef in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our leadership team. You will work alongside our Executive and Head Chef, delivering exceptional food, leading the kitchen team, and upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency and service.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie position, plus experience in a busy, high-volume fresh food kitchen and strong leadership and communication skills.
