PAM is a new restaurant in the heart of Farringdon, celebrating seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and genuine hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading an ambitious, ingredient-led kitchen and to help shape PAM from its early days.

You will be central to daily operations, developing people, maintaining standards and ensuring every service runs with precision, energy and care.
