Job Description
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist for cancer surgery and surgical specialties to lead the pharmacy service for patients undergoing major surgery at City Hospital.
You will work within the MDT, provide medicines reconciliation, drive medicines optimisation, participate in governance and MDT meetings, and support junior pharmacists across cancer surgery wards and related specialties.
