Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis for a variety of building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
- Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions, utilizing advanced analysis techniques and materials.
- Manage project teams, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and timely delivery of structural designs.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications prepared by the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level structural engineers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with demonstrable leadership experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong understanding of material properties, building codes (e.g., Eurocodes), and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
