Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design process for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Oversee and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in a virtual setting.
- Review project designs and specifications, ensuring technical integrity and constructability.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
- Significant experience as a Structural Engineer , with a proven track record of leading projects.
- Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and relevant design codes (e.g., Eurocodes).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly preferred.
