Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis for major projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the structural engineering team.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across multiple remote teams.
- Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and technical documentation prepared by the team.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is essential.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Extensive experience with structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools.
- Deep understanding of seismic design, wind engineering, and material behavior.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and remote project management skills.
