Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of building and civil engineering projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Conduct structural analysis and design using advanced software tools.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to integrate structural elements seamlessly.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Structural Engineer , with a proven ability to lead design teams and projects.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structural Designer) and CAD.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for working in Belfast .
