Lead Support Worker - Outreach & Independent Living

Agincare is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our outreach services in Hampshire. You will lead and deliver person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, combining hands-on care with leadership duties.

You will supervise staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure high standards of care in line with regulatory requirements, with a focus on empowering service users to live independently.
